Sofi and Peter’s wedding was my first of 2016, and what an excellent tone their wedding set for the rest of this year! Their wedding day was filled with joy, tears, fun with family and friends, and the best weather you could possibly ask for from a January wedding. Their ceremony was held at Prince of Peace in Taylors, and – if I can have a little photographer-geek-out moment here – I have never seen a church with prettier natural light! The mass was given in Latin, English, and Spanish (my first trilingual ceremony, for sure). After Peter and Sofi exchanged their vows, we took advantage of the gorgeous weather and headed downtown for a few wedding party portraits in Falls Park. The day concluded with a beautiful reception at the Commerce Club, overlooking downtown Greenville, where everyone danced the night away to throwback 90’s jams and salsa music. I even got to take a few moments during the evening to catch up with some old Furman friends who were there to help celebrate Peter and Sofi tying the knot!
Peter and Sofi – thank you for being so incredibly wonderful to work with! Your wedding was beautiful, and I wish you all the best in your life together.
